    I lived in NC and had RR for 10 years. I was happy with the service I received. So far Cox seems just as good and has faster speeds up and down. I have the preferred package w/ Powerboost for $30/month. It is rated @ pMb down and 768Kb up. I usually get downloads a little faster than that and uploads are consistently right @ 768. Powerboost boosts the first few seconds of downloads to around 20Mb. I also have digital phone service with Cox and received the same Arris modem I had with RR. Ordering was very simple. I signed up on their website and received a confirmation call the same day. Everything was setup and working within 2 days.

    yor lucky AT&T serves your area i am in alma ark i am in a century tell area and they suck worse than AT&T
