    My comments in the points just about sums it up. Unreliable, but fast speeds when it is working. Calling tech support is a joke, yes I've rebooted my modem, yes I've removed all other devices. Getting a truck rolled rarely helps since the problems are intermittent and the chances of A) The tech being there, and B) the problem existing are slim to none.
