We've had Cox HSI for a looong time, going on about 6 years now, so I really can't say much about the early days. It's had it's ups and downs (both figuratively and literally), speeds, in general, have been fairly good, reliability is rather high, could be better, could be a lot worse. All in all, a very good service for the price.
