Re: Really?Yes, really. Let me come clean however. Back in 2009, I had serious issues with my preferred tier service dropping to unusable levels around 4PM everyday. It took Cox several months to correct this issue for me and a lot of other people in my area. During that time Cox gave me a free internet service for which I am very grateful. When the problem was resolved I bumped my service up to the Premier tier. I have yet to have an outage or service drop off as before. The connection and pings are rock solid. My hat is off to Cox and all the people who were involved in getting our service up to the levels we pay for. I will agree Cox is more expensive than some of the other providers but the other providers, at least in my area cant touch the speeds that I need to do my job. Not to mention the capability of handling an Xbox, and 4 computers that are using the connection mostly at the same time. Im sorry you are having problems. Try getting on the forums and asking for help from one of the engineers if you have not done so already. They have been a tremendous help to me. CoxTech1 CoxTOC1 CoxTier2CB |
