I've been getting good service since it was installed. No big issues and "pretty" reliable service.
Update 19 March 2010
I have been getting docsis3 speeds since Jan 2010 and have been pleased with the consistancy. I have had not had one dropped connection and when I did lose my bonded channels a tech was onsite and the problem was corrected within 6 hours.

Only addition is still pleased with speed
It stays consistent and is now getting even faster.
A little pricey but so far it has been worth it.

Still getting consistent quality and no dropped connections,
upgraded to the Ultimate package to deal with heavier streaming video usage by the family

2016
In 2016 I was having speed issues, dropped to 115-125 average, I suspected it was on their end. They had been to the house multiple times and tried all they could think of for a few months. It was finally discovered that my service came up listed as UNKNOWN not Ultimate, so I was throttled at 150 maximum, they reset it to Ultimate and I was good to go.

Unrelated to the speed problems, I decided to upgrade my modem to Docsis 3.1 I called tech support to provision my new modem Arris SB8200 and they could not get it to work as it should, again it was discovered my service was listed as UNKNOWN so I was throttled at 150, with that reset to Ultimate I still could not get the 300 speeds of Ultimate, after 2 hours and working up the support tiers it was determined my router was causing the issues, I tried to factory reset the router but the problem still remained. A direct PC to modem connection was giving the 300+ speeds thru the router about 130, not good.
I replaced the router with a Linksys EA7300 AC1700 router and all is well in the home. We are getting consistent 300+ speeds, as we are paying for with the Ultimate plan. Still a happy camper.
Now I am using an Arris SB8200 modem and a Linksys EA7300 router still provisioned as Docsis 3.0 but I am ready for the Docsis 3.1 upgrade when it comes to my area.

COX Service

I have used Cox Internet for many years and more recently last 8 years Cox Cable. I have nothing but reliable service. Programming verses Price, I can't complain. Overall Cox has been an excellent provider for all 3 of my services including phone.
