OK, been dealing with this crap forever. I was on the $30.00, was getting 80kb/s max downloading from fast servers like Microsoft.com
Now, upgraded to the $60 premiere, which suppose to offer 15 mbps down, or 1.5mb/s in actual file download, guess what; my download rate is now only around 180kb/s; ha, really cool eh?
I'm tired and sick of this bullS32$@#$.

| .................... Have you had a Tech out to check your lines in the house and drop from the pole, maybe there is something bad from the drop to your cable outlet in the room. Speed issues can be several factors causing the issue. I would suggest to PM CoxTech1 on the Cox HSI Forums to have him check your modem levels. Also I would have a tech come out to check your signal levels and home wiring. | |
