Here it is in a nutshell:
Ordered: 1/31/00.
E-Mail Confirmation: 2/1/00. Told to expect another E-Mail setting up =
installation appointment (never happened).
Between 2/1/00: Only contact via web site to check status - got =
boilerplate message saying 22 business days required to set up (yadi =
yadi da...)
Twice E-Mailed to Sales to to see if company was reducing their monthly =
rate to match SBC/Ameritech's price drop. Answers were cryptic, =
unintelligible office jargon.
E-Mailed later today requesting answer again. If no response I would =
cancel order.
No answer by deadline; Order cancelled am going with Ameritech.
