Well no more price matching so I switched to EL cable thru Time Warner. Good so far. 26.95 for 6 mo. then 41.95. Not a bad deal.Plus it is more than TWICE as fast as my DSL was.
2/24/05 Service is still good. Very few down times. Download speed was increased to 5000/384. Could use an upgrad on the upload, but no biggie. Still happy with the change to cable.

Service still good and dependable.Got a 6 mo. price break down to 29.95.

Still have Earthlink Cable service. ADDED TrueVoice Unlimited digital phone service. 24.99 per month, 15.00 cheaper than SBC with same features PLUS unlimited Long Distance. Good service so far. Easy number port, easy setup.
The only thing I don't care for is that you have to dial area code with all out-going calls.
Earthlink finally fixed the area code inconvenience. That makes things much easier. NOW if I can get a reduction on the internet service , things will be great.
09/30/2007 Called Earthlink and got a temporary price reduction from 41.95 to 29.95 for 6 months. Not much as I wanted but still saves 60.00 so it was worth the phone call. Everything else is still good. I did get the area wide speed increase to 7000/512. That was nice.
