    I switched from Road Runner as everyone in this market was forced to set up new home page accounts. I did and and I selected the wrong option of the two offered, as neither were adequately documented. Upon finding it to be a poor choice (I needed a DIRECT link to pictures for potential buyers at eBay, which was impossible under the option I selected) I attempted several times to correct this error, and spent many hours with Road Runner technical support people explaining my problem, and they told me that I could not change options. Ridiculous!

    EarthLink basically uses Time Warner's lines so the switch was made with just a phone call.

    No complaints at this point.
