I am located in Philadelphia. I signed up for service on November 15,
1999 and feel I am
further away from being connected than ever. While Roger Beckerman
has been kind and
respectful, I still have no service. He now promises me a few free
months and my router
free, but it would be nice to have service. My understanding is there
is some bitter fight
going on with Bell Atlantic and that is why I have no service. My
advice right now is to
stay away from this company in the Philadelphia area. Feel free to email me at
