    After a few problems right after installation, things have been great. I can't remember the last time i lost connection. I have all three services and have no complaints about any of them. I get plenty of channels on family cable and also get locals in HD. The phone hardly ever cuts out and is crystal clear. And as for the internet, i was recently upgraded to their 10/1 tier and it is great. It never drops below 8/800.

    Tech support is a crap shoot sometimes and hole times are sometimes rediculous but i haven't had to deal with them for a while because i haven't had any problems. I did have a problem that was a region wide latency problem at night. That was fixed and is now rock solid all night.

    Overall a great experience that is always getting better.
