    Everything was pretty straight forward during ordering, as I wanted only highspeed service. Installation was a bit problematic as the installer couldn't find the house. Also had to have a new cable line ran from about 15 feet from outside the house. Mediacom did not automatically send a crew to bury the new line and I had to call and request the line burial, which took more time. Recently the line has pulled out of the ground. I called last week to have it buried and no one has shown up. Will update

    Do this

    Tell them the buried line is exposed and you have kids playing in the yard and if someone gets hurt you will sue. Works like magic.
