On site technicians, for the most part, have lousy attitudes and don't really care if they successfully diagnose and remedy a problem. The telephone and e-mail customer support persons generally have no clue what our local cable offers or any other issues. Some have been downright rude on the phone.
Broadband Internet is also generally very reliable and speeds are as advertised.

Des Moines, IA | Mediacom As much as I hate Mediacom, I must say that my internet is lightning fast. I live in sort of a rough neighborhood so I doubt there are many broadband users around. I get 13mbs down and 1mbs up. | |
