Good "it started out good"

I was told that this area was under a non competing law so there were no other choice but to get mediacom. It worked great for the first month. But the customer service could never tell us when our bill was due. They told us last that our bill will come out on the 15th and that is when its due so why are we getting collection calls when its supposedly for another two weeks!? Especially when the service was out for a week straight! No internet for a week. Then i would have to call them everyday to ensure that i am getting refunded the days without service because mediacom will not do it themselves. No integrity. Now ever since then, the home phone sounds like a cell phone with no reception. My home phone!? We have only been with them from the end of may and i know that mediacom will charge us some ridiculous fee to cancel our (non) service. I am so upset with mediacom. We have never recieved a paper statement or a paperless statement. We have to guess by the collection call when our new due date it since its never the same due date. We can never have a full day of service for phone or internet. We get rude lying customer service who could care less why we are even calling all they care about is a paycheck. And with a contract they made sure we are stuck with a horrible service, which the price of the horrible service goes up 75% after the first year. I am so mad, they should let us get out of the contract if we are not getting service! I am on my cell phone writting this so forgive my spelling errors
