Support: Phone Tech Support has improved. Initial troubleshooting is done via automated voice prompts. However, at any time just say Agent and you get a tech fairly quick. Tech seemed less scripted and more human. Willing to work with me rather than talk down to me. Connection: Connection is pretty stable most of the time, but always seem to have lingering issues after a speed boost (exp. 3-8; 8-12; 12-15Mbps; etc) They get fixed eventually, but does involve a phone call or two. Value: $65 for 15Mbps connection. This includes the $15 Fee for only have internet connection (No video or phone) seems to be pretty steep. Promotions tend to favor new customers with cheaper monthly bill while long term customers are asked to bundle. This bundling gives you cheaper costs per service, but always increases monthly bill. Conclusion: Although a little pricey for what you get I have been generally satisfied with Mediacom Online.
