My service is frequently down. I'm typing this on my phone because it is down again. I need it for school work. After talking to a manager, I finally got a technician coming tomorrow (i really needed someone today). I told them I would be trying to find a different provider andthey didn't care. I could go on about their horrible service but it is difficult to type on my phone...

good luck in getting it fixed.my phone has never worked and they will charge you a lot of money when they cant find the problem.you either accept their crappy service or pay a lot of money for them to come out and nott fix it.
