Had the 15/1 package for about 3 months now along with the basic cable service. I'm upgrading to an HD box on Saturday hopefully. The cable always is reliable and on but the internet is off and on and some weeks not even a problem I love the speed tho advertised at 15 down usually get around 25 down and 1.5 up The tech that installed the internet was very nice and knowledgeable got me running with a dcp 3008 docsis 3.0 modem but all in all im satisfied with what it is. 12/23/12 just upgraded to an HD box amazing picture never knew tv could look so good!!! 1/24/13 Well ever since Mediacom came and replaced a splitter all has been running great internet has been rock solid but I stand corrected on my speed tier according to their online meter it says i have the 12/1 online package.
