In the past year or so there have been approximately 5 outages. Usually the internet is back on within a day. But, the last time, my internet never came back on. I called the next day, only to get a vague explanation about an outage in my area and I was getting moved to the top of the service list. Two days later and I still don't have internet. I am position where I need daily access to the internet. This has been a huge inconvenience to me and I should not have to pay for something I cannot use.
