loved centurylink never had an issue in the 6 years that i was a customer, but it was a little expensive with phone and internet and never using the phone so i switched to mediacom 30/2 for $15 a month for one year to my family tv package
i have had mediacom tv for 13ish years, i called up mediacom and they said they would have to come out to install my internet even though i specifically told them i could install it and i had my own modem so i set up an appointment for later that night but no one ever showed up, so i called in again the next day and told the lady that someone was suppose to come out to install my internet yesterday but never showed and that i had my own modem and ask me for the hfc mac on the modem i read it off and plugged it in and it worked without them coming to my house and charging $75
