I have had service for over a year. Over that time I have had many issues with Mediacom. The customer service is the worst in the industry unless you get lucky to get that one good person who actually wants to help you. The service was terrible, but once they upgraded to full digital (nearly 10-15 years late) things seem to be must better and stable. The norms of losing TV and internet all the time seem to be a thing of the past on the most part. Internet speeds have vastly improved. Now, if they ever updated the home equipment and interface along with revamping customer service...it would be ideal. My hopes are that the company gets to where it needs to be. Its nice to see the improvements, now can they maintain that and fix the rest?
