We have been a customer for at least 4 years now and until about 4-5 months ago service has been great and the connection had been very reliable. But now they have oversubscribed the wireless tower that we connect to and the connection is practically useless during the evening and weekends. Contacted support and was told there was nothing we could do to fix the issues.
