I talked with representative first by phone, then via email, until I had all
my questions answered. When I finally gave the okay to do installation, it
was scheduled within just under two weeks.
Installation went smooth!!! And have been enjoying it ever since! Was
gladly able to call and cancel my DirecPC (satellite ISP).
It took about 4 business days and 2 weekend days to get my 'ISP' account
set-up, which only caused a delay in getting email accounts.
Other than the fact, I just got a my first bill, since installation, and
though, previously they said installation was included and/or waived with 1
year contract, they've attempted to bill $199 for installation.
I will be calling them tomorrow since it was after Billing hours when I saw
the bill. I will keep you informed.
Other than that.. I've been extremely pleased.
Oh, by-the-way, my DSL/ISP is SouthWestern Bell .. in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
