    WOW Cable and Internet is a shady company with horrible management and lack of commuication. The management is downright patethic and undesirable to work with.

    I doubt you even have the service.

    As the subject line says, I doubt you even have the service. I have worked with all of the management people for WOW in MI and their engineers and all have been very informative and helpful. They all wanted to make sure the service works the way it's supposed to work.

    After 10 years, there's nobody like WOW!

    I've had WOW for about 10 years, and I cannot describe how pleased with them. Their employees are curtious and helpful, their service is excellent, and their network is reliable.
