I am pleased that WOW recently added higher speeds, and I currently have the 15/1 package which is great.
Overall my plan is costing me about $100 a month for Xtreme Internet Tier+Digital Basic Cable+Digital Variety Pack+HD-DVR+HD Pak.
The speeds hold constant, and the support is great. There are random issues here and there, but that is the same with all ISPs.
They have recently added a few more HD channels which is nice, but once again, they are still lagging behind a bit.
Overall, I am happy with WOW and I'd recommend it any day to family and friends over competing ISPs, mainly due to their excellent prices and great support.
