When I had WOW they were OK. I'm writing this review based on my Father-In-Laws experiences now. WOW has failed to keep up with the times. Their program guide now sucks compared to the competition and they severely lack in HD as well as OnDemand content in comparison as well. Also, compared to the competition, their DVRs are ancient technology.

Tech support is, at best, no better than the competition. In this case it was worse. My father-in-law was having signal level issues at his modem that were causing his connection to constantly drop. After three phone calls, going to the office to swap out his modem twice and a tech visit to the house, it was still not fixed. Finally I threw a return amp on his line to fix it since WOW had no idea how to resolve the issue.
