I've waited ONE YEAR to get service from WOW. During that year I've had Time Warner and ATT DSL. TWC was a nightmare to deal with and after several months of going around with them; I came home to find my Entire house was Disconnected and now no longer able to be serviced. I guess too many complaints to the State of Ohio and Time Warner Cable's National HQ gets NEO/WPA pissed off.

I ordered WOW Expanded Basic TV and 15/2 Internet. 5 days days after order was placed I had service (order was placed on Sept. 23rd and installed Sept. 28th). I was given a 1 hour time window where the Install Tech would show up. Morgan showed up on time and found lots of issues wrong with my wiring that TWC would never address (outside) with service issues. My drop line coming into my house was NEVER grounded by TWC.

Morgan installed a new line coming from the WOW service line and grounded it and hooked it up to my inside wiring. He was here from about 9am to 11am installing everything and testing not only once but every few minutes to make sure nothing changed.

With a speed test on both the WOW Server in Cleveland and to Speakeasy in Chicago I pull 15.88down and 1.88 up.

I was also told by the line crews that installed the new wiring for University Heights there are about 75-100 houses per node which is far less than TWC's here in NEO/WPA (100+ homes/businesses).

I'm happy with my service and with Kirk the VP of Cleveland for answering all my questions and keeping me up to date on this build out here.

Great job WOW!
