My Other Reviews

·AT&T U-Verse
They are impossible to get a hold of. Almost an hour hold at times. Rude customer service. They are not familiar with there own offerings. They try to sneak charges in. They lazily handle your issues.

If they hang up on you while trying to put you on hold, they will NOT call you back. you have to wait another hour. I had their tv service which costed more then directv yet had horrible looking hd channels and half the offerings, and cancelled it soon after. It was a time consuming, frustrating experience.

All in all the internet service works well when it works. At the time of writing this I am only getting 2Mb/s down and up. it is usually about 15. This happens every so and usually results in to them 'resetting' something on their end to clear up or sending someone out. I could understand all that, if getting a hold of them to fix their old lines wouldn't take an hour.

I would avoid them if there is a alternate ISP available. Comcast may have their faults but they are at least more professional then wow. I know that may not be saying much to some people. When it works its great. When you have to contact them it is a complete nightmare.
