understand WOW’s desire to meet the competition but I’m not a Beta tester.
I have been informed by each and every new service tech that appears at my residence that the system was wired incorrectly. Have you no standards? That’s because they have no idea or idea as to how the new Ultra system works. And why is it that if I reside in Columbus, OH that I have to speak with an even less knowledgeable person in Alabama? While your call center personnel are polite, with the exception of a supervisor named “Fred” they have no idea as to localized issues.
The above is a precursor to my letter to the BBB and your corporate board. Whoever forwarded the idea of Ultra before its time should be fired. While I like the system when it’s up and running the down times far out weight the up time.
