Been with WoW for 3 years now (before was Knology). They honored the price break Knology had given me (for retention) for a year I think it was. There have been a few hiccups (fallen limbs in my area) and once a bad drop in speeds. WoW-*** (from the forum) helped resolve the problem. Did have to have a tech come out twice, through no fault of WoW's. Seems like every time the "other" cable company hooks up my neighbors (shared house and apartment) they either disconnect me altogether or swap me to their service. Each time the tech came out after I got off work (thanks for that!) at 5:30 and quickly fixed it, taking care to not disrupt the other hookup.

I give them an 8 of 10 thumbs up. If we ever get a higher--affordable--speed increase (50 down & 10 up) then I would go to 10 thumbs!

update (after speeds increased): Speed increase have doubled to between 60-65 down and 5 (still) up. Tested at various times of day/night/weekend and looks rock solid. Would recommend for anyone in the Lakebottom area of Columbus GA.

update #2: Still solid speeds. Price decreased slightly down to $46/month. Not sure why but I'm not complaining. I'd bump Wow up to 9 of 10 stars if we could rank them.

Shame the can't service my area

Huge AT&T fiber foot print in the Alpharetta/Buford/Duluth area, and crappy AT&T service. They could make a killing here if they had the will to service this area.
