Promised me a rate of 118.57 per month after 17 years of being a customer for cable, internet, and phone kept the rate for 8 months and then increased the rate substantially. Spent hours on the phone asking their dim witted "customer service" people asking to call me at my office where I have a 6 inch thick file of notes of broken promises and failed commitments. They never called me at work, even after giving specific instructions to "customer service supervisors" to call me at my office. In the past three years; modems had to be replaced 6 times for failure, cable box twice. I know of NO ONE in my town in west central Michigan that has ANYTHING good to say about these people.
