Ordered BA's DSL service on February 7th online. It took them eleven days to send me the modem and other items, and that was after three phone calls to BA, where I was transferred a countless number of times and put on hold for hours on end. Luckily, I am a night time student who works at home during the day, so I could afford to wait. The first two calls were fruitless ("problem with shipping"), finally got a rep who flat out stated that the address they have for me was wrong and had it corrected. I still have no idea when my service was supposed to be turned on, will find that out some time soon. In the mean time I have two steady greens and one blinking on the Westell, which is what I expected. More on my BA DSL adventure when and if my connection is up and running.
