1 GB Ultra is our plan...promised 1GB download and 50Mb upload speeds. The plan costs us $91.24/month. Fees include a $10.00 modem/router rental fee (required by the company) and all taxes. I don't particularly mind the modem rental fee. If I have any problems it's replaced with a new one.

Only issue I had was picking up one from the local office and being given a refurbished one. When I said something about it, the lady at the desk said that's what they did. That one never did work right. When the service tech showed up because of my service issues complaint, he replaced the one I was given at the office with a "new, out of the box" device.

His comment was basically, "If you have issues, put in a service request and if the modem has issues, I'll replace it with a new one. Currently we are using a Hitron CODA-4582 combination modem/router.

With 4 laptops, a desktop pc, several iOS and android tablets and phones, three TVs using and streaming at the same or nearly the same time, as well as a security system, I'd have to say we're pretty satisfied with the service. Even with two recent tropical events, we did not experience any service interruptions.
