UPDATE 11/06/2011: Insight charges way too much for service now. I switched to WOW and have more services for much less money.
With Insight I had their Basic & Classic cable with the package that gets Encore also with 1 cable card and 30/3 internet with my own modem and I was paying about $150/month.
I have all that plus Starz and a rented modem from WOW and am paying about $115/month, so if you're in Evansville then I'd avoid Insight due to cost. I'm not sure of their other markets.
