    Been with insight for a lot of years now with a one year or so break to Alltel DSL (rural kentucky, no insight).

    100% uptime for me since living in my new house (2+ years). Had some issues early on when insight was still growing up from the @home days, but here recently they have been rock solid. Really have no complaints at all.

    The very few times I've even had to deal with their custom service has been great. At one point several years ago an insight bigwig even came out to my apartment with a service tech to help me solve my problems. (I don't remember now if he was a vice president of some sort or just a manager) Top notch company in my opinion.

    My one and only problem with Insight Broadband is that I DID NOT purchase their telephone or tv services and they must be wasting a rain forest worth of paper sending me upsale documents to get me to add tv/phone. I just wish they'd give up and quit filling up my mailbox.
