2 - 3 outages in 3 years and a constant 2+ Mbps practically 24/7. Tech support is more than adequate and in the rare instances where service goes down, it is back up within a 12 hour period maximum. I'm extremely pleased with Insight and am unaffiliated with them. I have worked for 2 different national ISPs, 1 startup DSL company and Charter Communications. My experience with Insight has been nothing but good (in my area).

What other options did you consider for broadband: Community Wireless, however, the speed would have been more than halved and over 2 times the price (in their favor, however, I do realize start-up costs and maturing a new technology in a "rural" area is challenging and I do admire their efforts).
What SPEED/package did you order, at what monthly price? Originally ordered/expected 1 Mbps down / 365 kbps up, got it - consistently. Currently getting 10x that for no additional charge. This is really something to behold -- supplier taking care of the consumer. I have nothing but good to say of this company.
What good or bad experiences most struck you? Being in the IT industry, I sometimes forget to check the simple things. I had what I thought to be a signal issue about 2 - 3 months ago...it was my simple mistake. I'd bought a new router and new modem and mis-configured it. Insight rolled a truck out, the tech arrived on time, I found my silly mistake, apologized, the tech didn't complain a bit, and the service, as usual, back to rock-solid.
The only concern I have at this point, is how long can Insight continue to offer this world-class service without degrading like so many other technology manufacturers / suppliers? Can they keep providing this level of service forever? Well, they have done it for 7 years so far.
