    I've been an Insight subscriber in Lexington KY and now Louisville KY... their service has been awesome. Shortly after installation I had an internet problem... I called tech support and they sent a tech to my house in 30 minutes... at 7pm (who would think that the cable company could send someone out on the spot!). The problem was identified and a temporary new line was run to my home that night. (a permanent line buried in about 3 days) Insight consistently far exceeds my expectations in internet access, cable tv, and especially customer service.
