Had to drop my old ISP which was using AT&T copper as the copper wires are SO old they could not support 1.5 DSL consistently. Insight has been ok and the service works without any drama. In over a year I have had no significant outages. Time Warner has purchased Insight so I fear the devil is in the door.......
