I've had good luck with Tc3NET. I had a modem problem which their tech support had trouble diagnosing, but eventually I figured it out. I can get 4-5Mb/s on a regular basis. It's not comcast or FiOS speed, but it's also not $65/mo.
With the ILECs moving away from the middle line copper to kill off these CLECs what are the plans of customers like you? I'm not trying to be rude but I'm curious to know your plans when you're no longer able to receive a CLEC/resold ISP due to some sort of fiber being in the middle of the network? Especially when the ILECs do NOT have to share that copper.
