Pre Sales information:
Value for money:

This is my first review of Phoenix Networks. I called on a Saturday
night 2/19 and figured I would just try to get some info on their
service from a "tier one" sales rep who has to put you on hold and ask
someone else the question that you asked him. To my complete
astonishment my call was actually answered by a knowledgable sales rep,
Perry. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions, some
simple and some not so simple. He had all the answers and I was told to
call HIM back if I had any more questions not some one else. I had
already called every other dsl provider in my area and got basically no
usable info from any of them (other than the fact that I qualified for
the service and that they were all willing to take my money.) So
needless to say I was pleased to speak to someone who was willing to
tell me the plain truth and no crap. They had the most options of
service as well. Their prices are more than reasonable, $50 a month,
one year contract, for 416 down and 208 up. After about an hour of
conversation I decided to sign up for their service and am now hoping
that all goes well with the install process. Nothing to do but wait
now, but I guess that's what I've been doing for years with my 56K!!!
The service has been great so far and I hope it continues for the length
of my contract and beyond. Much thanks to Perry for making my decision
of who to get my dsl service from very easy. I will update this review
when I get more info. John, MA
