Terrible service, Terrible customer service and tech support, incredibly incompetent. I've had their service for about 2 weeks now (5 weeks if you include the 3 weeks it took for them to switch my line over from Bell to theirs) and all I can say is that they should have no customers what so ever. I'm paying around $70 a month for a triple bundle with them which is supposed to include unlimited 4.5up / 800down but for the 2 weeks that I have been connected with them I have been getting around 2.0down sometimes as low as 200kbs down and 200up sometimes as low as 100. I called them and told them I'm not paying that much money for an inconsistent connection to which they replied it wasn't their fault and absolutely refused to assist me. On top of that my average latency is 180-500 when going trace routes and pings in cmd and also in games, which they tell me is GOOD!!!! So I've decided I am going to cancel their service and go back to Bell, but from the other reviews I have read I get the impression its going to be a long ordeal just to cancel their service. I hope this little rant of mine saves maybe a few of you from falling victim to their crappy service.
