    My Other Reviews·Charter Pipeline
    I used BlueLight.com dialup access some time ago, (when it was part of Kmart) and it was just fine. Now they are a part of NetZero and can be found at mybluelght.com! It's a good backup solution if your DSL or cable ever goes out and you need to have access.
