We ordered our DSL on November 15th. It is still not working (February 24th), although Bell Atlantic has been in our building so far 5 times and Covad
once. We have been in Speakeasy's high priority queue for 8 weeks. Everytime we contact them, they assure us that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day! We know that it is not a problem in our building because we ordered a DSL line from Panix on January 15th, and we got it two weeks later. If you want to make sure that you get your DSL on time, make sure that you place an order with two separate vendors; one associated with Northpoint and one associated
with Covad, this way you'll increase the probability that you'll have a
working line...
