Ok well i have read like a lot of negitive Reviews and l just wanted to share my experience to brighten it up a but for other people who want to order DSL from Flashcom. First of all I would like to say that in my whole like i have never had a better experience with a ISP besides Flashcom. From AOL to millenninet , MSN, etc. Ok first about 4-5 weeks after i ordered i had 2 installations. First an outside installation and than 3 days later and inside installation when a Northpoint Tech, comes to your house and does some inside wireing. After that I called Flashcom and I got my IP address and than within 20 min after the installation DSL was up and running. It was great!! I had a awsome experience soo far and I havent had any problems yet =) Also when I called Flashcom I was very lucky to get a great Sales Representive who really understood everthing! He also for free upgraded my service from ADSL 384k/128k to SDSL 416k/416k! That was very nice of him. He also told me that if i knew anyone who lived in San Diego or Close to San Diego, and Sacremento that if I gave them a little Pin number that he gave me, could also get the SDSL 416k, so if you want that just e-mail me at ErazerX2000@yahoo.com
