I ordered the 25/1 unlimited connection package for 34.95. Tech support was great. I felt like the guy was in the room with me as he directed me how to make sure I set things up correctly.

I got my SmartRG modem by overnight Purolator. Bell technician came within a 3 hour window. Spend about 5 minutes connecting wires and testing the connection.

I did a speed test today. 24.94 down /0.87 up.

Update: April 2015. Had a modem issue (SmartRG). Called AEI. No trouble getting through to them. They replaced the modem. Speed has been consistent even during peak times


Update Sept 2015: Just got their 50/10 service. I didn't think I would notice the difference in speed but Netflix is definitely coming in better.
