Customer service lacking. They merged with Partnership Broadband and IP and DNS addresses quit working. Multiple e-mail requests get you sent to back of tech support list. That's their statement on tech replies. Voice message at Skybeam claims outages were caused storms. No tech support by phone. I live nearly 75 miles from where the storms were so I'm not buying it. Especially when I do IP address lookup and the addresses appear to have been disabled. Five days without service, which was billed against my credit card, and I'm already looking at finding another ISP.
Today is Nov. 2, 2011. I called Skybeam to verify that they cancelled my account as a result of my e-mail message to the billing and sales department that was sent 2 weeks ago. No reply the e-mail. I'm glad I called. The account hadn't been cancelled. Hopefully it has been now. Really crappy customer service. Stay away from Skybeam.
