I am updating my review completely as CW-Lab is essentially a different company now. CTI Connect runs the show now. In the interest of fairness I can't keep the same review posted as it doesn't represent the same company. To keep this short, the service is mostly reliable and I have yet to have any major problems since the merger of CW into CTI.
I would recommend this service to any user who has moderate or better PC/Mac knowledge. (Basic TCP/IP knowledge) If your just trying to play Quake faster then stick with your garden variety SBC Yahoo. This service is suited more to the serious end user.
