Ordered 8mb service, 12Gig cap then slowed to 1mb, Modem arrived after 2 days and line was enabled after 4. Some speed loss due to the distance between exchanges but to be expected. One off charge for Modem of AUD$119, however 4 port + Wireless wasnt bad. Never had any downtime, if in the event of downtime then at the end of the month you get a rebate according to how much time your connection was out. Overall pretty good, setup was easy, account queries dealt with very quickly. Online account management with live data usage for the month.
