Being at the end of a long land line in a very small and somewhat remote country town (pop'n - 450) we are able toget ADSL1 at about 6500 down.
Connection stable; drop-outs nil.
For an unlimited home phone able to make calls to any provider, whether mobile or fixed, and with 500GB download allowance per month I figure $148 is good value.
