I had moved to a small town that didn't have DSL, so when I moved back here to Springfield MO I had pre-ordered the new Elite speed a month in advance, 6016/768. My DSL was up and running 3 days early and had no problems at first. The second week had my speed capped off at 1.038 for some reason and had to post at ATT direct to get it fixed. Did good for a while then had a network outage and they capped me again, so had to post again on here to get it fixed. Have been doing good since then. My speeds have been consistant at 5100/678, so can't gripe anymore. Am currently waiting on a new 2WIRE router, I called and said I wanted to upgrade to the newest one. Was told it would ship immediately and get here by today, but hasn't showed up yet. Will wait til the end of the week before I call them. Overall, has been real good with them, the speed for the price is excellent.
