I just got this AT&T DSL "Pro" package last week during their promotion. It's been up since day 1 after I hooked it up, even ahead of the activation schedule should be. The down side is I only have 2.0 mb connection instead of 3.0 mb. I guess it depends on where I live, well, I can live with it tho. So far so good... more feedback coming soon.

Almost 3 months of usage and it's been solid as day 1, the speed went up to 3.0 mb right after the second week of activation. Since then, I had only one down for 3 minutes, I guess it's due to hardware update or something. Very good so far!

One week after I moved to a new place where they said that they had DSL service, it turned out they didn't and kept saying that they had it in my area. Many calls later, I talked to whatever office manager at some department, the lady told me that they didn't have DSL service where I live. Nice! Wasted my transfer fee, wasted my new telephone line fee, and WASTED MY TIME!
I'm done with AT&T DSL for now!

I gave them one more chance and called them about if ATT has any last week, I mean ANY DSL service in my area. This time they said yes! Alright, I'm in! I got my phone and DSL all up within a week of my order, so far so good, very solid performance.
